WITCH-O-RAMA LLC reserves the right to deny service or entry to anyone for any reason.
WE TAKE OUR CRAFT SERIOUSLY. We are not Spencers or Spirit Halloween; we are a dedicated collective committed to sharing our genuine Magick and spiritual guidance with those seeking support.
To maintain the integrity of the holistic spiritual practitioners who regularly join our events, we will be more discerning about the businesses, products, and services presented to our guests in the upcoming year.
To avoid any misunderstandings, novelty “magic” items will no longer be allowed.
A novelty item refers to an object designed with NO practical purpose, marketed for its uniqueness, humor, or merely as something new. This definition includes practical items that feature fanciful or nonfunctional additions. In essence, there was no true magic involved in the creation of such items.
BOTTOM LINE - If you are selling items labeled as “magic” but are not a practicing witch, we will categorize those as novelty items. Additionally, we will not consider any direct sales companies (such as Avon, Paparazzi, Tupperware, MLMs, Herbalife, etc.).
WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING:
Coffee, Vegan food, live plants, flowers & herbs, occult specialty items/services, palm readers, aura photography, human design readers, witchy clothing designers, spiritual home décor, altar supplies, unique handmade jewelry & accessories, and more.
NO REFUNDS & NO ROLLING OVER OF FEES TO FUTURE EVENTS. Please verify your calendar BEFORE confirming your participation.
FYI: All collected fees are allocated to cover event expenses and staff compensation. We will not "carry over" any vendor fees to future event dates. If you reserve a space and are unable to attend or send someone in your place, you will forfeit both your space and the fee paid.
MONTHLY MARKETS = MONTHLY INVOICES Please ensure that the email address provided in your application is accurate. Invoices will be issued once a vendor has been selected and a “CONFIRM” response has been received.
All vendor fees must be PAID IN FULL at least two weeks BEFORE the scheduled monthly market date to allow sufficient time for promotions.
