2024 Witch-O-Rama Vendor Applicant information

 Thank you for your interest in joining our Witch-O-Rama Vendor Family for the 2024 Season. 

NEW YEAR = NEW APPLICATION!! 

All businesses looking to participate at a 2024 event must have a 2024 application on file with us.

PLEASE DO NOT SKIP AHEAD!! 

READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION WE HAVE PROVIDED BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION BELOW.

We welcome all forms of Witchery & Divination and are always on the look out for ALL things Bruja/Witchy/Metaphysical/Spiritual/Holistic/Creative etc. Including but not limited to Tarot/Oracle/Palm Readers, Birth Chart Readers, Reiki Masters, Aura Photographers & Energy Healers. Practitioners willing to offer Spiritual Guidance and/or Traditional Limpias (Spiritual Energy Cleansings) are always welcome to apply!!

WITCH-O-RAMA IS CURRENTLY IN SEARCH OF: Unique Handmade One of a Kind Items, live plants & flowers, prepackaged baked goods/pastries, occult specialty vendors, witchy clothing, spiritual home décor, altar supplies, unique jewelry & accessory creators, spell candle makers etc.

2024 MARKET VENUE LOCATION:

13357 Olde Western Ave.
Blue Island, IL 60406

All Vendors are required to bring their own 4ft or 6ft table & chairs.
Readers, please remember to bring a chair for your clients.

$85 VENDOR FEE (for non food vendors):
(1) ONE table space for INDOOR events
(1) 10x10 TENT for OUTDOOR events

$150 HOT FOOD VENDOR FEE:
(2) TWO table spaces for INDOOR events
(1) 10x10 Tent for OUTDOOR events

INDOOR MONTHS WILL BE-
FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY,OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER

OUTDOOR MONTHS WILL BE- (Beer Co. Parking Lot 10x10 Tent Required)
JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, *SEPTEMBER *weather permitting - subject to change

ALL SUNDAY MARKETS
$3 TO ENTER - Free Lot & Street Parking Available
ALL AGES WELCOME TO ATTEND   *10yrs & under or 90yrs & over are Free

Vendor Set Up Start: 10:30am
Market Vending Hours: 12n-5pm
Market Drag Show at: 3pm (goes on during the market)
Vendors Breakdown & Clear Out by: 6pm

-SPLIT TABLE/TENT ALLOWED WITH PRIOR NOTICE-
Vendors are welcomed to split their single table setup or tent space with another business to save on vendor fee. We promote ALL businesses separately. Please be aware that ALL vendors must complete a WOR vendors application for each individual business in order to be admitted.

HELP US PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESSES - Vendors will be required to submit images of themselves, their products and display techniques for market promotional purposes.

If your application has been selected you will be contacted by Witch-O-Rama to finalize your space reservation with a "CONFIRM or PASS" message on Instagram. We do this to ensure we have the correct business link to tag for event promos.

MONTHLY MARKETS = MONTHLY INVOICES 
We have a new payment system. Invoices will be emailed once a vendor has been selected to participate. Please be sure that the email information provided is correct & to check your messages regularly once you've filled out an app. 

All vendor fees must be PAID IN FULL two weeks PRIOR to the scheduled monthly market date or vendor forfeits their space. 

NO REFUNDS - PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CALENDAR BEFORE BOOKING A SPACE.

Please submit payments directly to the invoice emailed.

We will only be contacting applicants for payment information once chosen to vend.
NOTE: Being chosen to vend at one market does NOT guarantee a space at all upcoming markets. 

If you do not have a FB or IG that has photos of your products and displays we strongly encourage you to work on creating them to help elevate your business.

PLEASE, ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER BUSINESS -Once you’ve completed an application please DO NOT submit any duplicates. Even if you want to add or remove a date. If there are any changes or updates required please contact us directly and we will update your information it on our end.

Absolutely NO direct sales companies will be considered. 

(Such as Avon, Paparazzi, Tupperware, MLM etc.)

Witch-O-Rama LLC reserve the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone for ANY reason.
